Domestic U.S. Shipping

*All orders over $100 will be shipped free via USPS Priority Mail to the United States only. 

Orders under $100, we offer $10 shipping via USPS Priority Mail to the United States only.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

If you request delivery to a PO Box address, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail. Some carriers have limitations shipping to P.O. Boxes, please understand we cannot process or ship orders via these carrier services to your PO Box.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pono Pearls is not responsible for these charges if applied by your country of residence or delivery destination. As the customer, you are responsible for any additional import duties and taxes (including VAT).

Local Shipping

Orders over $60 within County of Maui will be shipped free via USPS First Class Mail. For local Maui orders under $60, we charge $4 for local USPS First Class Mail shipping. Shipping to all other Counties within the State of Hawai'i will be calculated per our standard Domestic Shipping Rates and conditions. 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) within receiving your order confirmation. You will be notified by email once we confirm your order. If there will be a significant delay in processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone (if applicable) you directly if the delay will be more than 3 days. Upon successful order processing, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If checking out using PayPal Express, orders are first taken to the PayPal page to enter credit card information and billing address, after this step, available shipping options and methods will appear. Please anticipate and expect minor delays in shipping and delivery transit due to COVID-19 safety and logistic restrictions representing situations outside of our control.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please note, Pono Pearls is not responsible for damaged or lost and stolen items during shipping and delivery to your destination. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after order delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received, is unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or a valid proof of purchase in order to be considered eligible for a return or refund. Please see our full return policy for more details.
