What are the shipping methods?
Our primary domestic shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. Worldwide shipping is available through DHL and UPS along with USPS. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I’m responsible to pay?
Your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
What is the return policy?

What if I want a custom pendant or lariat?
Yes, we can customize an order to your specifications if it's within our parameters, a nominal custom order fee may apply. Please contact us at support@ponopearls.com for more information.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please contact us immediately at support@ponopearls.com. If we haven’t shipped your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
When will I receive my order?
Please refer to the shipping method tracking number of your order and the estimated arrival time. Anticipate and expect minor delays in shipping and delivery transit due to COVID-19 safety and logistic restrictions representing situations outside of our control.
What if I haven't received my order?
